Kaleigh created The Studio of Self for people seeking profound transformation in a condensed, meaningful journey. She recognized that many of us lead busy lives and don’t have the time to commit to traditional therapy over the course of years.
Her program integrates her expertise in expressive arts therapy, which she studied in graduate school. Kaleigh believes that art offers a unique form of transformation—one that goes beyond words and the cognitive mind, allowing us to access subconscious and preverbal insights that talk therapy alone often can’t reach.
Alongside her therapeutic training, Kaleigh is a lifelong student of astrology. She weaves these tools together into a rich, personalized intensive, guiding clients toward a level of self-awareness and understanding they didn’t have before.
